1. Cancellation & Order Changes
1.1 Once you place an order on our website, you can request a cancellation or modification by emailing us at info@loavie-montreal.com.
1.2 If your order has already been packed, it can no longer be canceled or modified. Instead, you will need to return it following our return process in Section 2 below. Since our products are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer and beyond our control. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the package and then return it to us. You may notify us of your cancellation in advance. To speed up your refund, please send us proof of return shipment. If your package has not arrived within 16 weeks, an early refund may be processed.
1.3 Our system is fully automated, and orders are processed immediately after purchase. Therefore, cancellation is only possible within 12 hours of placing your order.
2. Returns & Refunds
2.1 Our Return Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and applies when using our website.
2.2 If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may email us to request a return and send the item(s) back. The return period is 30 days from the day you or an authorized third party (other than the carrier) receives the order.
2.3 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
2.4 A refund will only be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
2.5 Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, properly packaged, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. If an item is returned in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
2.6 Refunds will be processed within 30 days after we receive and approve the returned item(s).
2.7 Once your return is approved, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2.8 Cancellation is only complete once we have physically received the returned goods.
2.9 As our products are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur. If your package is already in transit, cancellation is not possible until you receive the item and return it. If your package has not arrived within 16 weeks, an early refund may be processed.
3. Steps for Cancellation
3.1 Request the return form from our support and send it back to us completed, signed, and scanned.
